Environmental compliance

Compliance underpins everything we do.

Major and critical infrastructure projects are approved at the state level, following a detailed environmental impact assessment. Each project is required to develop and implement an environmental management plan and sub-plan for the construction and operational stages.

Our environmental and WHS specialists work closely with clients to plan, monitor, and manage compliance so that each project meets its obligations and runs smoothly on the ground.

How we work

Our integrated management system covers safety, health, environment and quality, and our WHS Management System is accredited against AS/NZS 4801. We take a proactive approach to communication, working closely with contractors, area managers and regulators to make sure compliance is achieved efficiently and without delay.

RARE’s compliance experience includes preparing Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) for state-significant projects, overseeing environmental monitoring programs and managing reporting for council and infrastructure partners nationally.
